AC compressor question

Just installed a re-man compressor. Won't hold vacuum. The leak is coming from the back of the compressor at what looks like a service port, round plug with threads. It came loose with a flat head...

Easiest way to add nitrous to a dohc up til 97 is to use a wet kit....

Ticking sound like you describe may be the be belt tensioner. They only do it like that at idle when they start to fail. I have one that is doing it now actually

Usually if the car starts to shake after new tires are installed, the tires werent balanced correctly. Theres so much more to balancing tires than most people realize

3rd gen crankshaft in 2nd gen block?

i was wondering if a 3rd gen crankshaft will work in a 2nd gen block. a friends motor spun a rod bearing and the machine shop cannot turn the crank because they said it had already been done at once...

the code will definitely help to determine what could be wrong and what to fix. putting some transmission fluid in it will not thin it enough to hurt it. i do this all the time myself, ill top it off...
