If I feel annoyed about smog testing in CA, I just write 'don't live in Alabama' in the old gratitude journal.

I am skeptical that mixing a couple of gallons of E85 into a tank once every 2 years would have any appreciable difference. Anyway, the point is moot to me since I have not had to resort to trying it.

yes walker and (I think) also magnaflow sell bolt on downpipes+cat assemblies for saturn that are carb legal

Experiment: Just replace the ill fitting wiper and see if there is a difference on the 2 sides of the windshield with the 2 different wipers.
