Found the solution. :) Copious amounts of heat from a propane torch. Used enough to blister the paint on the pulley, and they came out really easy.

My pulley has a hole in it, so holding it is not the problem. The bolts just won't turn.

Bought a rebuilt valve body and got instructions on how to reprogram the TAAT computer. Unfortunately, my wife's puppy shredded it (the instructions, no the VB).

Wrench Sticky Seat Belt Retractor

'95 SL-1. They work okay, but it takes considerable effort to pull them out. I've tried pulling them all the way out and they aren't twisted.

Any fixes?

Agreed, however the tank is out as of last night. I did have to separate the the straps by taking the heat shield off of one but that's an easy fix.

Now all I need is my Social Security check and...

They weren't always. The first one I bought was for an IRS Datsun 510. They actually did all the jobs themselves, and told you how to make the special tools.

It is the fuel pump. I can hear it making a terrible racket, and I've seen this before on GM vehicles.

Anyone have any ideas on the best/cheapest place to buy one? Rock Auto has one for from $35...
