Hazard fuse keeps blowing

I have a 96 SL2 but my hazards to not work. The fuse blows immediately everytime I stick a new one in. The turn signals are working. I am stomped and am not sure where to look to solve this.

ABS sensor

The ABS sensor bolt snapped when I was trying to remove it. Does anyone know the specs for that bolt. I need to replace it.

My 96 Saturn had the same problem, same code. Two days ago I rechecked my codes and instead of a P0300, I got a P0302 and a P0340 (camshaft position sensor). Since there is on camshaft position...

If anyone figures this out I would greatly appreciate it. I am having the same problem after an engine change. The only parts that we're not swapped over is the fuel rail, injectors, intake...

I have a 96 Saturn SL2. It has a little over 226,000 miles. About 9 month ago my shift cables broke. I replaced them and they broke again about 4 months ago. They got replaced again. 2 months...
