The equipment matters far less than the person using it. Ask them which parameters they can/will actually adjust on this type vehicle, not just measure. Ask them how closely they will make readings...

Take it back to the alignment shop and ask why it now steers so poorly. If they can't figure it out, then the first thing to look for is a new shop.
Worry about it? If it is now steering poorer...
