I have a 2004 Vue with Onstar, single disc MP3. Will a 6 disc with Onstar from a 2004 Ion work without the need for a tech to configure it?

The only problem with mine is that on the top I have 2 small holes where I used to have my navigation system, that is the only reason why I need to replace it otherwise there is no paint peeling....

I agree with spencerb, the 3000 mile interval is a thing of the past. Todays engines and oils can safely reach 7000-7500 mile intervals for normal driving. I personnaly use Mobil 1 with a Wix oil...

From research I have done it is best to have the chains/cables at the rear for traction so as to not have the car come around you especially in down grade hills. All 4 would be best but is unlikely...
