If it is leaking onto the Serp Belt, it most likely is the Water Pump that is going bad.

Water Pumps are fairly *easy* on these cars, if you have the tools and a bit of time.

Jack the car...

Re: Part 1 of How to remove your Instrument Cluster

If the gauges are humming... I would be checking the electrical connection on the back of the Panel Cluster, as well as- what is the condition of the battery in this car?

The reason why I ask,...

Re: Part 1 of How to remove your Instrument Cluster

I can check in my garage. Over the years I pulled a few clusters, to have backups on hand in case I ever needed them. I think I still have a few electrical circuit films. I'd have to check,, but...

Re: Interchangeable Parts?

You may want to check www.saturnautosalvage.com in Kansas

They only specialize in Saturn S-Series cars. I have bought from them before, they may have parts for the SWP as well.

Re: another high mile

My 94 SC1 had a reading gas gauge with the car shut off. I think it may have been a 2nd gen design change because my 97 (when I owned it) and my current 99 don't have a reading on the gas gauge...

Re: Random issues today

Last time, a few years ago, when I had a high idle- it was the Throttle Body sticking. Before replacing the intake manifold gasket, why not try cleaning the Throttle body first? Carbon buildup on...

Re: Please help me identify what car this sunroof is from

I don't think this is a Saturn S- Series Sunroof.

ALL S-Series parts- as far as I know- all started with a 210 Prefix.

Re: 97 SL2 Very Low Power, feels like I am towing a semi trailer??

Going out on a limb here.

What is the condition of your clutch?

Re: Saturn Wagon CraigsList Ad's Thread
