As long as you get a hubcentric adapter you should be fine,

You don't have to worry about the original studs since the astra uses bolts...

Yeah the panel is easily removed by squeezing your fingers in there, I ought to give that a try amartin003, I usually just give it a good whack and it'll sort itself out :D
