That's certainly true - I have most definitely received the lemon! However, a friend of mine has a 2007 Acadia and has had NO problems at all! And 2007 models were supposed to have more problems...

Thanks. We finally got the headrests removed and Saturn reps gave us a photocopy of the instructions on how to do it....

We didn't WANT to take the headrests out...but had no choice as out...
