Removed glass, and guide caps under the glass towards the windshield.
Made sure rails guides and glass mounts were slid all...

It looks like the PL S-40 has a shore hardness of 28-32A. That seems pretty soft....but I like the price. I am worried that if there is a large difference between the base rubber and the PU in Shore...

Has anybody tried taking a new frowny or anchor top engine mount and used 60D liquid polyurethane to pour into the void to fill it in? If a cheap source of pu could be found it could be nice to save...

new plugs and new good quality plug wires. I will pull the serpentine belt tomorrow and check for bad tensioner and idler pulleys.

I didn't know the AC compressor on these were variable...

Alright, so the car is running great now without the AC on. I tested the rest of the exhaust and its all good. If I have the AC on and its not too hot out the car runs great, but if it is really hot...

looking over everything now, it seems these engines get plenty of heat in them in normal operation. It seems where all this ITU stuff got started was with the old lumbering big engine land yachts...
