That’s not what I expected to see. It might just need an upper strut mount. If the car has high miles loaded struts are fairly reasonable.

Those are the factory safety retainers. Remove those then your disconnect tool will work. Reinstall after your repairs are complete.

It is easy, pull them out and clamp them in a vise. That is why I never change that sprocket.

It takes a 2” clamp at the front of the muffler. The 3.0 is 2 1/4” at the muffler.

It has a 2003 engine that has not been apart that is within 4000 miles of this odometer. This car has the original transmission, I bought this car 4 years ago with 205k and a rod though the block....

My brake booster failed over the period of a few days not all of a sudden. The entire booster is out under the hood so if the diaphragm is ruptured you will not hear the leak inside the car.

I will look this weekend, and yes you could move all the flaps with three cables. You can have dash only, floor only or defrost only plus any combination of above.

I think the 4t45 defaults to 3rd gear when there is no power to the transmission. Try manual low and reverse. Manual low should give first gear and reverse should work if the transmission is...

Here are some pictures of a hvac unit I have out. The picture of the flappers show the larger center one which is center, the two on the sides are defrost. There is also a picture of the floor arm....

See post #6 in this thread. That fuse only supplies constant battery voltage to the pcm. It must be a memory circuit since it is a very small wire. You can disconnect the pcm and install a new fuse....
