I put the motor in about a month or so ago.

I had the trans apart and I cracked the case, had it repaired.

I have no issue with doing the work. It has to be done and Im surely not paying...

Is there any adjustment for the clutch pedal?

To get the clutch fully disengaged I have to push it completely to the floor. I dont think this is right.

It also appears my reworked motor/swap...

Im not a welder, so correct me if I wrong.

But there is actual rods to be used with cast iron. Also the casting should be heated to prevent stress cracking.

At least thats what I was told when...

Why buy the whole starter?

Just buy the solenoid!

Take the starter OUT so you can have it tested. If the starter motor is good, just buy the $20 or less solenoid and install.

Did anyone have two wires grounded off to the case of their starter? I mean theres only 2" of wire or so. Its a small bolt going thru....

They are taped together- so they goto the same location. The come out of the same loom in the same area as the purple wire to the starter?
