Well I indexed them as best I could without washers x) I went for same direction vs particular orientation.

Checked the Nitodes, they had a fairly constant .020 on the strap side, and something close to a .017 on the electrode side. I gently nudged them to a .020 on both sides, I'm looking forward to...

Ahh, gotcha, I just used a cutting wheel x) making it flatt towards the electrode makes sense. And I think I will definitely look into those, after two days of normal plugs, I'm missing the side gap...

Ohh, I'll give that a try next. Also to clearify my above post, by "normal gap" I meant un-cut stock plugs at .040.

Yesterday on the way to work, sldrove into a 6" deep "pond" at the base of a hill going 40, came out unscathed no under plastics lost, other people weren't so lucky, plastic and foam debris...

Ooh, gotcha. Should I worry about the 10mm difference between the tensioner pulley and idler pulley? RA only has one in the tensioner section and eBay is difficult to find the actual deminsions.
