Plus, it's already got 177K on it, and how many miles per year do you guess you would put on it?

It looks like there is a...

Re: Car Shopping & P0733

If interested, take a code reader along.
Check trans fluid for good red color, proper level and try to determine trans fluid and filter changes from owner.
Delete code (oops) and see how it drives...

Re: Should I Buy a 2001 Saturn L100?

Around me, that model would go for $1600.
They might just be flip selling to make a buck, or, maybe there is an issue that they just want to keep quiet about.
Use all the above suggestions, inspect...

Re: New (to us) Saturn, quick question(s)

Welcome!

#2) is false.
The recommended fluid drain & spin on filter replacement should be done at least every 30,000 miles. Best fluid to use is Dexron III or compatible, NEVER Dexron IV or...

Re: No power to window switch

You say you checked the fuse, just visually or with an ohm meter?

If fuse is good, have you verified if there is power coming into the the fuse socket, and if so, then you will have to trace the...

Re: no more high idle cold

Check the IAC, that's what is tied into with the computer to send more fuel to the injectors.
It is on the side of the throttle body.
Undo the connector, remove the screws and pull out the old one,...

Re: signal help

If LED or incandescent doesn't matter.
You did not specify if you are working on the passenger front or rear.
I presume Right Front.
You need to verify that the bulb socket has 12v on it when the...
