You will have to remove the fuse box cover and look at the diagram molded into the lid and then post the actual ID of the fuse. These fuse box layouts are generic 91-02 and they tend to year...

Just a guess but both the lock cylinder and possibly the actual ignition switch are worn out. Before it breaks you want to replace the lock cylinder.
