I just checked part number 21008372 and what it fits. According to wholesalegmpartsonline /com it fits 38 models of S series Saturn's from 1998 to 2002...

On my 2000, I pull on the stalk to temporary turn on the high beams, As soon as I release it, it goes back to low beams. I push it toward the dash to toggle between high beams and low beams.

The Napa THM-268 comes as a combo with a housing as well as the thermostat.
If you go to the NAPA site and type in THM-268 it comes up with the combo unit. If you zoom in on the housing, it says...

That was going to be my next question. I understand from here, there are compatibility issues with the after market housing and thermostat combo's, after market t-stats with oem housings...
