The 3 wire ground under the intake manifold was very loose, I tightened it and unhooked the battery for a while. Hopefully that was the issue.

Well, I have an entire car minus the spaceframe. Unfortunately the interior(main?) wiring harness is kind of chopped up.

That was a serious question, I've got the ignition module, pcm, engine harness, and injectors. Is there anything else that changed?

I have not checked the new o2 sensor to see if it is still reading lean, the old one was reading .2xx volts and not changing more than .05 volts.

If it is still reading that lean when I check it...

The icm and coils are from a 93 sc2, I haven't changed the cps.

The battery reads 13.2 before being cranked, I've never checked running voltage if thats what you're asking, the charge light never...

The possible low fuel pressure makes sense with the misfire on startup, is there a proper fuel pressure with the engine running?

The tps and map sensor were reading good when i checked for codes on the snap on scanner.
Only problem was the oxygen sensor reading lean constantly, it has since been replaced.

I haven't checked...

The engine has no reason to missfire, it only missfires before its actually running. Once the engine gets going (1-2 seconds cranking) it runs great.

I forgot one symptom the car has always had besides the bad fuel economy, it misfires on startup consistently.
