Sounds like a typical starter failure symptoms. Try rapping the starter motor housing with a piece of wood and see if it starts. This video shows another method of checking for a failed...

Just as a clarification to what bluesl2 said... The wrench light is usually triggered by a bulb that's burnt out. Check every external lamp as well as all of the IP warning...

^+1 Agree, can't hear pump whine in the video and it's cranking slow. Put a charger on the battery and then have it tested.
Another simple way to check fuel is to stick a propane torch nozzle...
