manually blip the throttle while looking under the hood (using the throttle body), and see if it helps i.d. the location of the sound and for excess engine movement. look for both engine shaking...

what is the name or part number of the skinny U shaped coolant hose that goes from the aluminum pipe by the reservoir into the engine?

Its very soft and is seeping coolant at the engine clamp. ...

Which Enamel To Use?

I'm repainting my motor strut mount, do you think its necessary to get hi temp enamel or would standard enamel do?

I imagine since the rubber has to withstand the same temps as the metal...

sorry, i forgot to mention...i live in nyc and its a lot of stop and go, it's not uncommon for it to get up to fan-on temperatures. otherwise belt tension is good, i just installed a new OEM...

for some reason the 20195 pepboys filter is slightly shorter than the 20195 purolator; like 3/4-1 inch shorter. both are good buys. especially when they run a sale on oil + free filter.

yeah the fuel filter is now listed as fuel regulator. i asked for a quote on the filter and i got back the link for a regulator.

add the coolant to the reservoir to the fill line, leave the cap off, turn on the engine. add coolant as the level goes down. once it stop going down usually about 5-10 min put the cover back on....
