hmmm.cold air intake isnt that expensive but i would probably find myself in the same situation as bigmat.once you have extra power available your foot tends to gain weight if you know what i mean.

my mirage is a 97.it has a 1.5L engine @42mpg.too bad i have to sell it but the saturn is a much better car overall.it even has cruise control....wooohoooo..im spoiled rotten now

im currently and steadily getting only 30mpg.this was on 3 seperate trips on average of 150miles each way.yes i drove at high speeds(75-90).but does that really hurt fuel economy that much?is there...

forget the fact that you did not need to remove the boot to remove the axle.there are ways to rig a new clamp that would be cheaper than a clamp and tool made for your axle.....but its a royal pain...

i doubt its the iac but if you want you can bring it back from wherever you bought it from and tell them its not working right and get another one ,that should rule out the iac if you have the same...

thats pretty easy but i just re-read the first post and i realized that if it stops running and goes back to normal after a week or whatever it wouldnt be that because it would leak all the time not...

when it runs does it run good?while driving is there black smoke?if so that would indicate a rich mixture...and if it make it cut out at idle i would say it may be a leaking injector.too much fuel at...

if my memory serves me correctly i would say that the minimum acceptable compression for your engine should be 175 or 180psi.........you are significantly below that threshold if all 4 cylinders are...
