Im not modifying ****. I want the oem replacement product i buy to work as advertised, AND a certificate for an alignment.

I have yet to test the theory but if the shaft is short im getting...

goop the **** out of everything with RTV super black. I had bought on of the pre-formed OEM gaskets from the dealer and it leaked in various places. Had to help it out with RTV.

Why do you guys go through the effort of removong the splash sheild and wheel to get to the filter (even when jacked up or on ramps)? That sounds like more work to me than climbing under the car and...
