On my 2000 SW2 the forward right lamp ground (a foot behind the headlamp fixture on top right upper frame rail) had several badly corroded terminals inside the connector, which is open to weather.

I think the DRL employs the Headlights.
The 'park' lights, and turn signal share a bulb with two filaments (i think!), located in the extreme edge of the headlamp fixture.

Maybe consider replacing the entire rear suspension with one from a wrecking yard which happens to have Way Less rust... might save maintenance time in future.

The Cat--resonator flange joint gets the highest heat in the car. The 400series SS on the resonator tube side corrodes from the outside in, at fastest rate adjacent the flange, then gradually slower...
