Yes, same ICM for 96-2002 S Series all models (coupe, sedan, wagon, DOHC & SOHC). 91-95 uses a different ICM.

Keep in mind that the OP has a 96 SC2 with the pop up headlights. The DRL's are not associated with the headlights as they are not exposed in the daytime (when the headlights are off) like the sedan...
