Severe Bump steer when going over bumps. Steering wheel will actually move in hands. Worse when cornering and turning.
No unusual noises when turning....

Yes, the part does cost about $100 but you can find them cheaper elsewhere. I would recomend saturnparts.com.
For instruction on how to replace it I wrote a step by step guide with pics available...

Yup, use them all the time $8 each. They hold up as well or better than the dealer part. Just go to your local Auto parts store and ask for the cheapest rotors they have. If those aren't cheap enough...
