Re: Snow Tires/rims -why not!?

Unless you live in Alaska, why on God's green earth do you think you need to waste money on Blizzaks? I lived in Minnesota for 16 years and never needed 'em. An all-wheel drive Dodge Caravan with...

Re: looking at a used 07 Outlook XE AWD

We bought our 2007 Outlook XR in February 2007. We now have just under 33,000 miles. We have the dual sunroof but have never had a leak in it or anyplace else. Still no squeaks or rattles. We've...

Re: Roof Leak!! Roof Rack the culprit?

Jeez, you people are scaring me now. I bought mine in Feb '07. 22K miles. Pennsylvania winters. Parked outside. Zero leaks. Knock on wood. :hmm:

Re: Folding Outside Mirrors

Sorry. I meant no offense. But I've read so many posts by people who bought Outlook XE's or a fairly bare XR and now want to add (so they must have the money) HIDs or 19" tires or trailering or...

Re: Folding Outside Mirrors

Wow. I'm glad I told my dealer: find me an Outlook XR with EVERY available option. I drive my Outlook XR into a single garage stall by folding the power folding mirrors when entering and exiting.

Re: New Outlook owner

Get an XR with AWD, the 19 inch tires (you get a slightly better suspension with the 19 inchers--more like the Enclave), power side mirrors, power rear hatch, remote start, Navigation system, XM...

Re: Nervously stepping into a new Outlook

Forget all that drivel. Drop the fanboy (Honda). Just get what you want. My Outlook is my FIRST Saturn. I also own Nissan and Acura. When the Lambda platform came out I investigated it and loved...

Re: What is Happening!?

Some Holy Water and a terrified priest will clear up the problem quickly, although the priest might not survive. When that demon flees your Outlook it'll need a new host.

Re: What is Happening!?

I have a 2007 and never heard of this problem. My recommendation is to contact an exorcist.

Re: 07 Saturn Outlook rust everywhere.

What the hell is rail dust? How and where do you pick it up? Jeezuz H.! My Outlook is now 13 months old and 19,000 miles and I don't have any rust and I drive over railroad tracks every friggin'...

Re: The Traverse is here...

Most people? You polled America and Canada? I disagree. The Outlook stylying is easily the most attractive, followed by the Acadia. The Traverse is just a big ol' Malibu Maxx, LOL. And the...

Re: adding factory hid lights?

My Outlook is also loaded. I requested one with HIDs and everything else including touring package with the 19" wheels or I wouldn't buy the vehicle. The dealer in PA scrambled and within an hour...

Re: adding factory hid lights?

I've told people on this board, once you go HID you'll never want to go back to regular.

Just curious, why would you swap out your 2008 Outlook? And if you're gonna swap, why would accept one...

Re: What are you monthly payments?

Paid 41.2 USD, including tax and delivery in February 07. No monthly payments, fortunately. Paid cash. I hate monthly payments on anything except my home mortgage.

Re: Nervously stepping into a new Outlook

I've kept my 2007 loaded XR outside most of the time, through rain, ice and snow, double skyscape sunroofs, and ZERO leaks. I've had my 2007 for one year and 18,000 miles. I've driven it on three...

Re: New Outlook Owner - Question?

Good advice from Beach. Listen to Beach, dude. Have your dealer or Saturn (you can call the company) run your VIN for trans updates.

Re: Safety Flaw in Outlook XE

Now that was funny! Friggin' hilarious.:D

I also find it odd that it is a "safety issue."

Why is he putting his car in park at places where thugs roam?

Re: Opinions wanted: Considering a Saturn Outlook

Honda Pilot and Acura MDX have 3rd row seats that are a joke. No luggage/grocery room behind the 3rd row either. Neither vehicle can touch the Outlook, my friend.

Re: new guy with questions

Why are you going to all this trouble? Jeezuz H.! Why didn't you just buy one with the trailering package and Nav? The color is more important than this stuff you're going through a ton of trouble...

Re: The Traverse is here...

OMG, the Traverse is hideous! Those awful tail-lights, and the front end is all Malibu. I say that as a guy whose first four cars were all Chevys. I like the cruising range of 500 miles. That's...

Re: Power Steering noise

That's because they've replaced thousands of them and realize it's a faulty part. They're losing too much money on replacement (both parts and labor) so they're looking for a cheaper solution that...

Re: Oil Changes

Thanks for the responses guys, but none of you has answered the main question. At what percent on the OIC should we change the oil? Acura tells you exactly when. Why doesn't Saturn or GM, if they've...
