Re: Timing Chains

I just had my timing chains replaced on Dec 20th at 61,264 miles. I do not have the towing option. My check engine light was coming on intermittently. It seemed to be triggered by my using the...

Re: Front Link Kit

I had mine replaced on October 15th at 37,111 miles. Out of warranty but they did it as a warranty repair anyway, so it didn't cost me anything. I think they just replaced one of them, not both.

Re: Disappointed in Local Dealer- first oil change!

I had an issue with my Saturn dealer when I went in for my first service that makes me feel uneasy about returning also. My car was a demo and had about 5000 miles on it when I got it. Based on the...

Re: Pet Barrier for the Outlook

I used my bar style the other day too. When I put it in, the top seemed to want to go right over the air vents in the ceiling. Did you have that problem? I've been thinking about it over the past...

Re: Interested in an Outlook

It's real easy to get to the third row. When you have the bench, the middle seat has a part that folds down that has cup holders in it. You could use that to separate the boys when you need to, and...

Re: Interested in an Outlook

I would think with three kids you would want the bench seat in the second row. Then you can leave the third seat down most of the time and make the most of all the space in the back. Unless they...

Re: Safety Flaw in Outlook XE

In the XR, you can program the unlock option you want using the DIC. It can be set to unlock: when you put the vehicle in park, when you pull out the key, never, just the driver's door, all doors...

Re: Opinions wanted: Considering a Saturn Outlook

I've read that the Canadian gallon is about 20% larger than the US gallon. Maybe that's why your mileage is so great? Or are you taking that into your calculation? Or are you not in Canada? I...

Re: Unique EQ settings can be saved for each source

I thought I tried that and it didn't seem to stick. I'll try again....

Re: Unique EQ settings can be saved for each source

On my last car, the EQ setting could be saved for each preset, I liked that even better. I don't think this radio does that, though.:(
