To remove the orange plastic you'll need to pre-heat your oven to about 200*. Place the headlamp in the oven for 10-15 mins ... remove and pry the housing open and remove the orange plastic. Just...

MOST and I repeat MOST dealers will program your remote at no cost. Take the key ring off and pop the fob open from that end. Remove battery clean contacts and install new battery. It may just work...

Well I had a SATURN warranty issue that was taken care of by Saturn of Findley after a good time at CedarPoint a number of years ago. They were outstanding, in out & fixed the first time.
