There is a reason for those bent valves. Saturns are known to jump timing and in some cases the timing chain breaks. My 04 jumped timing and wasn't worth fixing. Took care of it changed the oil...

Holy crap. Kevlar95, try and put a charge in and see if the compressor kicks on. If it's below 15 pounds the compressor won't kick in. Once you raise the pressure it will come on so when you start...

VTI's are still on the road? GM should of had a class action suit against them on that one, or did they? I never heard about it. I had a 03 and I got rid of it within the first 6 months.

My cables did not come with any orange clips of any kind. I got 2 cables and nothing else. I did not remove any retention clips other than a metal clip on the steering rack which they just clip...

Cables finally came. I operate Wednesday morning. I assume they just pry off the tranny side? With temps in the low 30's I can't even drive it now. Hope this fixes it for winter.
