Re: Flex pipe OD?

Re: Clutch Change - Engine Support?

+1

The other benefit of not having the floor jack and boards under the motor is it will give you more room underneath the car to work, you still need jack stands either way to hold the car up or...

Re: What's you lubrication configuration?

So with that said, what's your opinion on this oil in my trusty rusty 98?

I assume you don't have first hand knowledge with it because I think if you did you would have said so already, which is...

Re: Spaceman's BYOB-DOHC Rebuild Partythread

Oh, and even if you manage to get it back together, and make it work, and your too stoned to go pull one yourself from a boneyard, and you already "glued" a crack in it, I would suggest, ordering...

Re: Spaceman's BYOB-DOHC Rebuild Partythread

Re: Brake caliper slider

I agree.

Use a drill bit, even a crap one from wallyworld will work since your not actually using it to drill with.

PRO TIP: Use a drill motor if you have one to make a quick job with it, BUT...

Re: subframe bolt question

Good point, as around here once you buy loose hardware from a parts bin they won't let you return it. Not because the hardware was bad but it's not worth their time to have an employee sort it out...

Re: White smoke before and after head gasket

Also, Nicopp doesn't rust, it's made of Nickle and copper.

It prevents air from being...

Now...

Did you have to tear into it to figure it out?

I replaced the water pump when I did my rebuild but I know that doesn't rule it...
