What could possibly go wrong? :)

Early last year, I picked up a good, black, rear spoiler from the junkyard for my red SC2. Spoiler on the car is cracked lengthwise, clear coat peeled, and has a...

Forgot, all the water around NYC probably moderates temps a bit. We had a heat wave roll through a few days ago, hit ...

Re: question on SL2 fuel filter

Nice setup!

Interesting that you are seeing 100F intake air temps

Granted, the engine is warm and you aren't moving so some of the air and the IAT itself is warmed by the hot engine/header,...

Your car has a very different mount system in front

There is no top mount (or rather, it is some kind of shock absorber looking...

Re: Saturn SL2 remote fob programming

lol. I'd be much interested in how this turns out.

A while ago, I almost paid a local dealership $50 to program a fob for my '02. They thought my fob was not working. I checked the local FLAPS...

Re: Saturn SL2 remote fob programming

Cool, low mileage Saturns rarely show up any more.

Yeah, some sources suggest a subscription to GM back end is required for the Gen 3 cars for certain things, don't recall offhand if key fob was...

Re: Need to tap into switched +12V

Does Loctite need to be used when re-installing the screws?

I have not done an oil pump, just read that for $20, should do it while...

Re: Idle questions/ gas mileage

Since this is a new to you car, you may have more than one issue going on.

Re: Tracking down a coolant leak

If you are going to flush it after you fix the leak, hose water is fine for finding the leak.

Otherwise, I would use distilled water at roughly $1 or less a gallon. Then when you find the leak...
