Zero ohms/foot is pretty awesome. We should be using them for electric transmission lines.

I took the passenger side skin off also. The remains of the factory door seal were held on with grey duct tape.

Same here. Found the dipstick when we rebuilt the car at 204K. Fluid was changed by the dealer at 30K, then again at the rebuild, and one more time when we swapped the horrible stage 2 clutch with...

Why drop the pan? Use the drain plug and change the external spin-on transmission filter.

So my wife had me cover the inside of the garage door in reflectix last year. I had some left over. Also our dishwasher died and I saved the sound blanket....

My SC2 was used and abused by some prior owner. They took off the plastic or whatever off the door and just left adhesive....

I found it was no problem getting the cover to block seal. The cover to oil pan seal is where we failed. Later we dropped the pan, redid the RTV, and it was good.
