Thanks for all the tips, The PCV, Air filter and fuel filter have been done, as well, the serpentine belt was changed when I changed the tensioner. I will have the tranny fluid and filter...

I have now passed the 100,000Km mark on my SL1 and am thinking it would be a good time to do some tings on the car.

Yep, I'm not worried about the tires, 175/70/14 to 185/65/15 should produce no difference, the main concern is about the offset and bolt pattern of the wheel hubs...

I am looking at a set of 15" aluminum rims from a 95 SC2 to put on my 96 SL1 that came stock with 14" steelies.

I think that they will fit from what I have read... Can anyone confirm the swap...

Well, I dorve the car some more and I think there's more to this than a lack of power, I can make the car shift into 4th and go heavy on the gas (without kickdown) and the car goes...

Just purchased a 96 SL1 with 90,000km's on it. New brakes, new alternator and best of all, new cylinder head!!! - paid $400.00 but I had to change the accessory belt tensioner to get it on the road...

Um, no, I'd like to differ, I've got a 96 SL1 (just purchased it...) and there aint no fuel light nowheres on the bezel, dash or other place you might normally look for such an item.
