Re: Body 10Amp Fuse Blows

If the switch was bad, pulling the harness out of the trunk latch should have stopped the blown fuses.

I did closely inspect all the visable wires leading up the latch. But I guess tracing...

Body 10Amp Fuse Blows

We purchased a 2001 SC2 for my sons first car. Ive had 3 other Saturns and thought I was pretty comfortable fixing them.

It's in pretty good shape for $1500. There are two issues that I don't...

Re: Extended Warranty

We got an extended warranty in 2003 for a Mazda Van. It sounded like a no loose situation becuase if at the end you never had a claim, you get your money back with interest. Well after 70,000 and no...

Re: Test drove another early SL2 - why is my steering far too light?

When I first bought my 95 SW2, I opened a thread to ask about what that connector went to. Oldnuc and others told me it was the evo plug. I did plug it back in but then the car would stall and could...

Re: Iginition lock cylinder

Re: Iginition lock cylinder

I recently replaced lock cyclinder in a 1995. It was an easy job once you get a 2.5mm socket to fit up in there to get the screws out.

It took me several tried to hunt down the socket. Finally...

Re: Replaced Lock cylinder, now what ?

Thanks will do. Would you start with cleaning the lock cylinder end of the cable first ? I've got some practice getting that apart now.....

Re: Dramatic oil use reduction

Good the hear.

I just got a couple of Auto-rx bottles in the mail and about to try it. I'm not as bad at 1 quart per 1k but still hoping it will improve.

Re: sl2 5 degrees out car running baddddd

Unfortunately, more expensive doesn't mean they will make your saturn run any better. As others have already posted NGK BKR5ESA11 plugs about $2 at NAPA will do just as good if not better.

If you...

Re: What's your best purchasing deal on a Saturn?

While I have 2 Saturns and no room for a #3 ( but I really want another perhaps if a...

Re: 95 SW2: Help identify this connector

The seller didn't mention anything about engine replacement. It didn't have a salvage title or anything.
