To make your car "street legal" - you will need a Trailer Wiring Kit.

This is needed so that any trailer being pulled has Blinking Turn Signals, Running Lights, Brake Lights and Hazard...

assembly ( Vehicle and Trailer ) has no brakes for the trailer.

So what you have just said is to get any 2001 or 2003 Engine ( that has less
miles than our 149,000 miles ), remove it's plastic Intake Manifold - and use
the 99's Intake Manifold.
