This is strange, I just did a spark plug/wire change about 2 weeks ago.

Stock NGK plugs and AC Delco wires, absolutely no issues at all....

Jesus, thats hilarious....those caps added about 300 Horsepower to my 1.9L....like a huge turbo booster!!!!

I have had weird issues like this in the past with other vehicles. Every single time it was either a loose ground somewhere, corrosion or a weak battery.

As I was mentioning, it seems hard to find a complete setup for the 99 DOHC...I did email the seller....they are actually about 20 mins away from me...
