Anyone need some TAAT Solenoids?

I just bought my 3rd '99 SL.
My 1st was an SL1 that I was given for free. I gave it to my Son who destroyed it.

2nd is my current one, the Blue SL2, that a member alerted me to, and I bought for...

Re: Emergency Door change.

Thanks again Fetch. Got it fixed up today. Went I went and pulled the rubber boot out of the body, I lost a couple of butt connectors in the process. Good! Happy to have them fail now, rather than...

Re: Emergency Door change.

Yes. It was never really a possibility.
Where I live is a crazy madhouse, and not enough room to do anything.
If My buddy's crazy wife wasn't there, it might have been an option, except that 6 out...

Re: Emergency Door change.

Thanks for the edit, that should help.
Why are there 2 whites and 2 blues. I even had my buddy look at the wires before I connected them, and he concurs.
You have to understand, this was truly an...

Re: Emergency Door change.

OK, I have one in the glove box. Don't tempt me, I know how to use it! :D But when I was connecting this all up, I also had to deal with Buddy's crazy wife. I mean Cuckoo for cocoapuffs. That said,...

Re: Mobil 1 High Mileage 10w-40

The beauty of this website is that most everyone is civil to each other, whether they agree or not. I don't run this site, and it's a good thing, because you wouldn't be welcome here if it were....

Re: 2006 and Beyond Ion/Vue Stereo's

I have taken THREE radios now from 2006 Vue's. You have to buy the Schoshe adapter kit from Wal Mart. As well, you have to have the antenna wire adapter, or have the tools to do what I did, put F...

Re: Strut choices?

There's no way I was going to pay big money for a Strut compressor, so I figured I was going to either buy a JY pair, or a pair of those "assembled units"
until just before Christmas. I found this...

Re: Service engine soon light after hard acceleration

Nonsense.
I do 50,000KM (35,000miles) a year, so I go through quite a bit of gas, and I ALWAYS top off. Matter of fact, if it stops at $33.69, I'll get it to $35.00
I've NEVER had this code.
The...

Re: My saturn sl2 won't pass smog check!

Whoa, whoa, whoa...Please read post #2 by fdryer. Check your fuses, anyone can do that. If you take the car to a transmission shop, their advice will 95% be "you need a rebuild" because that is why...

Re: New Guy--back to Saturn--what a find!!

Seriously though, I would never use the high mileage Oil. It just messes up seals and ends up...
