...and what about those baby step 'Synthetic Blend/Semi-Synthetic' oils? Whats up with that? I'm starting to think I can mix up just about anything labeled motor oil if desired?

Just to be clear, I would mix it with my old standby Walmart Super Tech Full Synthetic 10w-40 (instead of the usual 5w-30) and only at the next oil change.

My plan is to go to a Town Fair Tire and find an ordinary but smaller size 14in tire that fits in the well first and then see if it fits on my skinny 'donut' rim.

Okay, since the compact spare should only be put on the back anyway and I have little drum brakes on the rear, I am going to see if I can find a 13 or 14 in thin steel rim and put a sorta tall thin...
