I wouldn't try welding it through the hole because you can't first chamfer the pin and diff case to increase the surface area for the bead. Plus you want to make sure you can degrease the parts...

Yeah, I don't know what the deal was for a while there, but all of the pictures seem to be working again now. Either way, I uploaded them all to my albums just in case they stop working again.

I've pretty much accomplished what I wanted to. I was never intending to soup it up or do any performance enhancements, I just wanted to restore it to it's prior glory and make some reliability...

I've gotten a few faulty alternators over the years. If you have verified that you have the proper power inputs at the alt connections, it's likely an internal regulator fault.

On edit, a Sky Redline Turbo may require more of a performance tire like the Michelin Pilot Exalto which don't last as long as the Primacy's, but have a more performance oriented construction and...

I've always loved Michelins. The Michelin Primacy is a very nice luxury touring tire, I have them on my SC2 and love them.
