Re: Relay Trailer Towing

The Relay is perfectly capable of towing your boat. You just need the hitch and because you don't have the towing package you'll need to splice into the vans brake wires to get the trailer brakes...

Re: 2008 3.5 vs 2009 4 cyl 6 speed

Having the 3.5 in our Relay, I find that engine really dated especially in it's lack of refinement. It may have had upgrades since our '05 application, though I doubt it. However I cant complain...

Re: Those with an XE-2.4L

I was really hoping that the Vue would pick up the 6 speed auto for 2009 like the 2.4l Aura did. It may have made all the difference to convince me to buy. Better acceleration and MPG I'd imagine.

Re: Those with an XE-2.4L

Re: Car And Driver Road Test

One of the things I noticed while scouring the charts is the lack of range these Astra's have mostly due to the 2nd smallest gas tank at 11.1 gallons.
if you match their MPG, you can drive 266 miles...

Re: Astra with carseat and strollers?

I lugged our car seat into the show room when we bought our Vue.
Now our Graco Duo-glider when folded takes almost the entire width of our Relays cargo area. There may be 6 inches to spare.

IMO...
