Re: Remote start and lock/unlock aftermarket system?

That's a good installation manual.
All my other cars with remote start have a minimum of 3 buttons.

Re: Remote start and lock/unlock aftermarket system?

Neither the Amazon nor the Ebay one mention RKE, only remote start
You did say, you did not hook up the RKE on yours.
How many buttons on your remote then?
Has to be at least 3 buttons.

The Amazon ad specifically says it does...

Re: '99 SW1 Still having trouble starting/warming up. Here's what I've tried

Yes.
Is your coolant orange, or yellow/green colored?

Re: Where and How to begin?

Naw, there is no way for oil to be that high.
Who changes the oil, family or shop?
I'd just replace the damaged o-ring/oil seal (probably from an attempt to find out how tight is tight and got it...

Re: Help! OBD ll code ( P3400 )

I see a very slight something, but doesn't look like a crack to me, why not just go get a replacement from your local autoparts store and be done? I don't believe I ever used an OEM CPS, just a local...

Re: Help! OBD ll code ( P3400 )

OldNuc once said "The P1336 DTC will set if the crankshaft relearn procedure has not been preformed and the vehicle is driven."
Have you replaced the CPS?

Re: Surging and very high compression

Speed is 50mph @ 1800 rpm?

That's not wide open throttle at all.

I just put a full set on my Avalanche also.
I get 70K out of them from my 98 SW2 on up to the largest vehicles.
Excellent tires, and I usually put...
