Thank you, lordofchaos. That reply was extremely helpful. I started into this project this morning, and I've gotten as far as removing the slave cylinder. But I think there might be an issue here....

I'd imagine it matters which way it's plugged in. I think the ac blows colder one way vs the other.

The sensor that goes up inside the coolant tank appears to be shot...

While I was removing the air box and battery tray I decided to take a look at some things closer. The spark plugs are shot and the map was clogged, and the sensor on the ac clutch is missing a pin....

First picture is of two connectors located under the center console.
Second is under the hood between the clutch and brake reservoirs (on a fuel hose?)

Thanks for the input, I appreciate it. I managed to get that vent hose fixed. It was pretty obvious, but I am not great with cars and this is my first Saturn. Cheers.

A fitting for a hose on top of the transmission points towards the radiator, and is missing its hose apparently. Found a portion of it today under the hood. Also a button or cap type end on...
