This is my brothers car. Turns out the running light fuse was blown, replaced that and running lights are working again.

Reverse lights work, turn signals work, and center brake light works. ...

Problem: Rear brake and running lights are out.

Attempted fixes: Replaced bulbs and fuses.

Neither worked, any other ideas?

Ok so let me make sure I'm doing this correctly, I pull the thing off the spark plug and look inside it for a spark? If that is correct then i didn't see a spark.

Same exact thing happened to my brothers car. It squeaked really bad when he wasn't braking, and then when he braked it went away. I replaced the brakes pads and no problem.
