So I ordered the DAVICO MANUFACTURING 54486 cat from rockauto and it fit. There is plenty of clearance between the sway bar and the engine. It does sit a little off-centered back by the exhaust...

Sorry to cause the confusion.

bachands, really nice install. Still nervous to pull the trigger as my build year is 99 and from reading around this year gives the most problems.

Maybe you and I are speaking about different emission test, I think??? NYS just scans the OBD II to make sure there are no fault codes.

I don't think it would be a fuse if other lights are working. Not even sure if there is a fuse for the climate control console.
