Re: Inner Tie Rod or Steering Rack Issue?

This may help someone else, but the rack and pinion was replaced once under warranty on our 2003 VUE for "internal binding". It would clunk when you'd turn the wheel in either direction. That was...

Also, they arent far from where I live so I was able to pick them up...

Re: 02 Saturn Vue V6 AWD Down on Power

From one VUE owner to another, at that age and mileage, if your front rubber brake lines arent bad yet, they will be realllll soon. Mine went bad both almost at the same time, the front brakes would...

Re: Overheating Vue

Mine was connected and not leaking either. But it had collapsed. Here is a picture of what happened. No coolant, or at least not much can get through with a collapsed hose. Just something to check,...

Re: Overheating Vue

Check your upper radiator hose. Mine collapsed and caused an overheat. Replaced the hose (160,000 miles and 14 years, it had earned a replacement) and radiator coolant reservoir cap, and all is good.

Re: is this a good deal?

The moonroof leaking could also be the drain tubes, which fall off over time. Happened to my 03. Pop off the A-pillar trim, pull down the headliner a bit, and I put zip ties on the drain hoses so it...

Check your BCM Fuse! I blew the fuse to my BCM inadvertently installing a stereo and was certain I fried the PCM. After much sweating, and picking up my heart from my feet, I was so relieved to see...

By the way, our...
