14" wheels with 185 70 14 tires are almost exactly the same as the 16s So there should be no change in the spedo.

I have seen replacement rads out there with metal tanks instead of plastic.....if you plan on keeping your car for any length of time..........the plastic tank will develope the crack again over time.
