1998 saturn misfiring

1998 saturn(salvaged) sc1 1.9L SOHC automatic

transmisson power steering and AC. With 210,000 miles on it. I have owned it for 7 years. Three years ago the ECM had to be replaced.
Last week it began to misfire, bog down with no power. It runs great cold once it hits operation temp it misfires , floods the engine and stalls with no get up and go.
I had drained the tank, checked the fuel rail for fuel, checked the injectors and moved them around to change it up, cleaned all grounds and inpected most connecting points.
replaced the ECM, coolant sensor, TPS ,MAP SENSOR, CRANK POSITION SENSOR,FUEL FILTER, PLUGS, PLUG WIRES, both pulleys on front of motor,ck voltage while running bad and good.
service light comes on and the ck eng light comes on with multiple codes P0120,P0125,P0711,P0340. But each code has a identical code with Pd at the end. meaning fixed.
It has a cold air intake on it. When it runs cold it runs great once it warms up it barely will stay runnig or move.

thank you trailer0187
