Service light is on throwing 2 codes

I went and got my codes scanned and found them listed in the how to forum:

DTC P1650 Control Module Output B Circuit
DTC P1651 Fan 1 Relay Control Circuit

So next questions are how do I fix this and how soon does it need to be done? Also I didn't have these codes before I disconnected the battery for a few days to do airbag work I noticed in another post with these codes that the tech said it had to do with loose wiring after putting on factory gauges, so is it possible that I forgot or loosened something on reinstallation, i've noticed that my turn signals don't click off anymore after making a turn. Alright I'll get back to searching, as always thanks for any help or advice, the other post i found is linked below.

Re: Service light is on throwing 2 codes

Ok read through some more similar posts on these codes and came up with that it could be 1 or all of 4 possibilities (up shift light, check engine light, fan relay, ac relay) Well the annoying little upshift light is still working, the car has not even come close to overheating, the ac is working fine, so how do I check the check engine light.... oh the joys of solving the puzzle that is a used car :-)
