is the type l trans transmission the same or close to the 4t45e transmission the cd shows 4t40e and 4t45e on the same disc

The differences between the two transmissions are internal. VUEs with [U]GM engines[/U] were fitted with the 4T45E for several years.

Based on the cataloging I've viewed it appears that the 6T70 six speed transmission and the four speed 4T45E share the same bell housing to mate with the engine you have.[/SIZE][/FONT]
