Could '08 Vue have built-in bike rack?

Could '08 Vue have built-in bike rack? The Opel Antara is going to have it, why not us? Tell your Saturn dealer it's a great idea!

Interesting feature. I don't like it's 2 bike capacity though- unlike the 4 bike capacity of my rack. And I don't like the fact that you probably can't open lift gate with a bike on the rack- also unlike my rack.

I doubt they will offer it, mainly because it would be an expensive option and so few people would want it. I don't think it fits in with the image they want for the VUE. I'd expect something like that on a Honda Element, but not the VUE. I prefer to keep my bikes up top anyway.

Saturn doesn't want VUE owners to carry bikes? They did offer the interior bike rack option.

Nice Feature. I would spend the extra for that option. By the time I got a trailer hitch installed and bought the bike rack to go in the hitch it got pretty expensive. I think feature would be great for me. But can't see GM producing it, the shear cost alone, plus may be 15% of buyers would want it.
