This article has a spy photo of the rear of the 2008 VUE. It has dual exhaust using a common muffler. Would be nice to have this on our current VUE's.

Is anyone else getting tired of all the "2008 VUE w/ Spyshots" threads? Every spyshot is different, no one can tell if it's the Redline or "regular" VUE. Meanwhile, what happenned to the "PreVue"? Is it or is it not going to be made south of the border, will it be smaller, yadda yadda yadda. :hmpf: Enough!!!:dizzy: ;) <----Added as to not be rude.

Yup, the Michelin LX4's. The tires were for my wife's VUE, which I very rarely drive. I drove it to Walgreens this evening though, and to be perfectly honest, I can't tell a difference from the Duellers. The LX4's look better....a little more aggressive tread pattern? I'll take pics when after my wife cleans them (that could be a while with her  ). I still stand by what I said in a "tire thread" last year: Unless your on a race track (road course with lots of twisties), there's no way to see a profound difference in tires. I say this based on my many track day experiences on my Ninja ZX-6R. The Pirelli Diablos were my tire of choice for the bike, but that was only after a track day, because the Pirellis performed just as good as stock in daily riding.....no difference. Now on a race track rounding a horsehoe turn at 80 mph, I wasn't totally comfortable with stock tires, but with the diablos the bike felt like it was on a rail. There are a couple of pics in my gallery of me riding at the Texas Motorsports Ranch in Cresson, TX.....awesome track, very technical. Sheesh, that was long winded....my bad.

Slapshot, Thanks for the reply. My dilema is this. The vue really needs new tread, however this is an expensive adventure for us because we are going to probably replace the vue in say late 07 or something to that tune. I just don't know what to do. I thought if we get another vue say 07 with same size tires we could keep the old ones, put on the new ones of our choice and sell it back with the old ones? Im just lost for what to do. We have some nasty winters up north were we live, and the vues duellers are almost done for as far as good traction goes.. hmmm...talking about cleaning ones vue. I think our vue is balck onxy, but you wouldn't know it by looking at it. My god its going to take me all day to get it back to showroom shape!!! we are going down home next week, i like to ride in a clean polished vehicle. ps. do you know what size hex/torx head is on the calipers?? I am putting on new rotors this thursday... third set because the damn dealer keeps over tourqing the tires and warping the damn things, that and my wife really lays on the brakes. I swear i get whiplash everytime... ahaha.. Thanks bue05 p.s. that was longer winded so now.

Well it's the first mention of the next gen Hybrid system the GM/BMW/DCX joint venture has been working on. I wonder why they use a V6 for the engine? It's too bad production is moving to Mexico (although, I'm not taking their word as official) that will turn at least some people off of it.

Those pics are very old and they're of different vehicles. If one of them really is the next gen VUE, the other most certainly is not.

It's been mentioned quite a bit on the GMInsideNews forums. Rumor has it there'll be hybrid versions of both the I4 and V6 powertrains.
And definitely don't take their word on production as official. It seems there's more factual info in the rumors GM doesn't officially tell us than there is in the things they do. Remember how all Saturns were supposed to be using piano black trim by now, according to news articles? It made it into the Sky, and...um...the Sky. :(
